Let Only Service

Our let only service means that we only market your property and complete the tenancy handover paperwork. All other ongoing management and maintenance of your property is therefore the responsibility of the landlord. This package option allows landlords to have more interaction and involvement with tenants and suits those looking for a more hands-on approach.

Full Management Service

Our full management service means that we take care of all aspects of legal, marketing and maintenance of the property. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Assistance in ensuring your property is fully health and safety compliant.
  • Accompanied viewings.
  • Comprehesive marketing on all major portals. 
  • Thorough tenant referencing. 
  • Drawing up tenancy agreements. 
  • Inventory reports.

Maintenance & Refurbishment

Our maintenance and refurbishment service combines our expertise in property renovations with our knowledge of property management to offer landlords the opportunity to cost-effectively develop their property.

Gas Leak

If you smell gas or think that you may have a gas leak somewhere call the National Grid Gas Emergencies line straight away on 0800 111 999.

Open your windows and doors to let air in, make sure all gas appliances are turned off.

Turn off the gas at the mains tap, which is usually near the meter. Move the handle a quarter turn until it is at 90 degrees from the pipe to shut off the gas supply. If you do not know where your main gas valve is, please take time to try and find this out (preferably before you have a leak). If you need assistance in finding your main gas valve, please get in contact with one of our team.

Do not turn lights on or off and avoid using other electrical switches and appliances as this could trigger an explosion.

Do not smoke, light a match or any other naked flame.

Do not try and investigate the problem or attempt to fix a leak or a faulty appliance.

Once you have done all of this notify MPS Lettings by calling the Out of Hours Contact Number on 07918 611869.

Water Leak

Please turn off the stop cock and all water supplies before calling our Out of Hours Emergency Number on 07918 611869. If you do not know where your stop cock is, please take time to try and find this out (preferably before you have a leak). If you need assistance in finding your stop cock please get in contact with one of our team.

Emergency Locksmith

If you have been broken into and need an emergency locksmith to repair or replace the lock please contact the police immediately and then Lock & Company Locksmiths on 07523 305297

If you are locked out, it is a non-emergency and the office is closed, please seek alternative accommodation until the office reopens.  

If there is no alternative you may call our approved locksmith Lock & Company Locksmiths on 07523 305297 to gain entry/replace locks. Please note that this cost will be borne by the tenant.
